5. Photos and short videos eg. Video interviews with visitors, students and professionals, training sessions.
6. Case studies of sustainable tourism – prepared by Portugese and Polish mobility students for competition/ assessment.
7. Case studies of sustainable tourism by partners of own organisation and country, esp. new, innovative enterprises by young people.

Aim
To train rural tourism providers to become more sustainable.
Objectives
- To enable partners to learn about sustainable tourism initiatives in partner countries.
- To develop and evaluate short training modules, using shared resources, for rural tourism sector staff, trainees, students and partners about sustainable and local tourism in the languages of the partner countries.
- To identify ways of extending and disseminating the training modules.
Subjects/ Problems
- Learn about a range of sustainable tourism initiatives and certification schemes in partner countries.
- Learn about the competencies required for practicing, developing and promoting sustainable rural tourism.
- Focus on improving the knowledge and skills related of staff and trainees in the rural tourism sector and students in vocational education institutions (especially in catering, hospitality, travel and tourism). The sustainable tourism subjects will include resource efficiency (water, energy, waste, transport); sustainable, local food; conservation and promotion of the natural and cultural heritage; relations with customer and employees; destination management and tour planning.
- Develop some simple, short training activities (each of up to half day) targeted at catering, hospitality, construction, travel and tourism courses and employment sectors.

- Exploring the approaches to the training.
- Developing a training event in each partner country.
- Evaluating each training event, and exploring how to certify the training.
- Promoting sustainable rural tourism training more widely.

- Agrotourism – Traditional and agricultural farms with local produce and techniques
- Sport tourism – Low impact recreation and sport eg. Wild swimming, biking, canoeing
- Travel tourism – Train, bike and walking, guided tours and Camino pilgrimage
- Cultural heritage tourism – Traditional calendar festivals, Traditional music and dance, heritage and archaeology guides, Old, traditional crafts and skills of old craftspeople
- Voluntourism – Cultural event with diaspora country host in own country, without travelling.
